Good Stewards in the Community
Bill Gold Volunteers Weekly at the Dandelion Café with Safelight’s Job Training Program

Bill Gold in our office volunteers his time every Thursday at the Dandelion Café. This establishment is a job training program run by Safelight in Hendersonville, North Carolina. This local eatery provides survivors of violence with valuable job training and work experience in a supportive and educational environment. Participants in the program gain practical skills, strengthen their interpersonal abilities, and receive additional services for themselves and their families. The cafe not only helps create financial stability for trauma survivors but also contributes to workforce development within the community. It's a wonderful initiative that combines delicious food with a meaningful cause.
