Our clearing relationship with Wells Fargo Clearing Services (FKA First Clearing) ended on March 28, 2024. Steward Partners is unable to process transactions on your behalf with Wells Fargo Clearing Services. All account features on your account that are still custodied with Wells Fargo Clearing Services have had all features removed and can accept liquidation orders only. Online access is no longer available as well as advisory services, check writing, debit card, ACH instructions, and dividend instructions.

If you are working with your Steward Partners’ advisor to transfer your account to Raymond James or Pershing, please reach out to them immediately to complete this process.

If you wish to transfer your account to another firm, please contact them immediately to initiate the account transfer process.

If your account holds only mutual funds, please reach out to the mutual fund company, and initiate the account transfer process.

If you wish to transfer, liquidate, and close your account, please contact Wells Fargo Clearing Services at 866-786-4879 and they can assist with your request.
